- What is BizzSetu?
- BizzSetu is an India-first business CRM. It covers leads, calls and follow-ups with an Android app, WhatsApp, quotations, GST invoices, a double-entry ledger with Tally and Zoho Books export, inventory and purchase orders, HRMS, payroll, attendance and support tickets.
- How much does BizzSetu cost?
- You can take the Full CRM bundle or buy only the modules you need. Current prices are shown on the pricing page and at signup, in rupees.
- Can I buy just one module?
- Yes. Modules are sold separately or together as the Full CRM bundle. A module that needs another one (for example Payroll needs the HR Suite) brings it in for you.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Start a free trial from the signup page and try it with your own team before you pay.
- Which languages does BizzSetu work in?
- The web app and the Android app work in English, Hindi and Hinglish. Each person can pick their own language.
- Does BizzSetu record calls?
- No. The mobile app does not record calls. It syncs the call log (who was called, when, for how long and whether it connected) so follow-ups can be tracked.
- Can I import my leads from Excel?
- Yes. Download the lead template, fill it in, and upload a CSV or Excel file. You see a preview before anything is saved, and duplicates are matched by phone and email.
- How do I get support?
- Support, billing and account requests are handled by email at [email protected]. The Help section on this site covers setup step by step.
