Track Client Follow-up Timings

Every client interaction opens with useful context: lead owner, latest activity, result and next follow-up timing. Track Client Follow-up Timings gives managers and agents a structured view of client activity, who handled it, whether it connected and when the next follow-up is due.

Who it is for

Telecalling teams, sales managers, support supervisors and founders who need follow-up accountability.

Part of the Leads & Sales CRM module. See plans and modules

How it works, step by step

The CRM links phone number, lead, agent, activity date, direction, status, duration and notes into one timeline entry.

  1. Assign leads to callers.
  2. Callers dial from the Android app or log a call on the web.
  3. Each call records direction, result, duration and a note.
  4. Set the next follow-up, and it appears in that person's follow-up list.

What you get

  • Incoming/outgoing direction
  • Connected/missed outcome
  • Duration and activity timestamp
  • Lead matching by phone number
  • Agent and team owner
  • Follow-up note and next timing

Getting set up

Enable mobile activity sync, assign leads to agents, and the follow-up timing screen starts building context automatically.

Track Client Follow-up Timings: questions and answers

Does BizzSetu record the call audio?
No. BizzSetu does not record calls. It keeps the call log entry (number, time, duration, direction) and the notes your team adds.
Can a call be logged without the app?
Yes. A call can be logged from the lead on the web, and the duration can be left blank.
Which module is this part of?
